Maple Glazed Ham Pineapple kabob ================================ - Sliced ham cut into 1-2 inch squares (6 per slice), stacked in piles of ~6 slices - Pineapple chunks (canned or fresh) - Maple syrup (pure) - Rice (cooked per instructions) Instructions: - Put alternating Ham + pineapple on skewer (stack of 6 ham 2" slices, 2 pineapple chunks, ham, etc..) - Grill kabobs over indirect heat 10-20 minutes, flipping halfway to allow ham + pineapple to carmelize - While they cook baste each side with pure maple syrup (once per side) - Server over rice
